following which we have found has resolved most problems for others.
You must have "cookies" en-enabled on your
computer not higher then the default (medium). (Details of how to change
these are at the bottom of the page).
Please re-type

browser, (do not retrieve the site from your favourites folder). Once
on the home main page please click SIGN IN . Now TYPE IN (don't copy and
paste) the email address and password you used when subscribing into
section shown below:
Then click on the red Sign In
